About WTSA

This association was founded to provide organization and camaraderie to teachers who coach speaking and acting events in the area.  Meetings are held once a year on the Saturday prior to the Labor Day weekend for instructional sessions and to set the competition calendar for the year

Our next meeting will be held on August 29 in Lubbock at Coronado High School. Additional information will be posted here as details are made available this summer.

Scholarship

Congratulations to Kathleen Wyly of Friona, Lauren Sechrist of Amarillo, and Mitchell Harris of Hereford. They are winners of the 2009 Noyce Burleson Memorial Scholarships.
